Party Time

Your child’s birthday party will include:

• 1 hour access to the party room
• Honorary Jr. Paleontologist certificate for birthday child, signed by a genuine Paleontologist
• Personalized “Happy Birthday” announcement over the intercom
• Personalized “Happy Birthday” message on the information sign at the front desk
• Set-up and clean-up by the party coordinator.  (Staff members will not be in the room during the party.  You may check with the front desk if you require assistance.)
• Food, beverages, utensils, tablecloths, etc. are NOT provided.  You are welcome to bring food into the party room, but it must remain outside of all exhibit areas.

Prices

• Base fee of $65 for non-members / $50 for members
• Plus $8 per guest age 4+ (including children and adults)

Due to the size of the party room, we recommend that you limit the number of guests to 35 persons.  The party room is ADA compliant.

The base fee is required in full to reserve your party time.  The balance due for guest admission is payable on the day of your party.  If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks in advance, your deposit will not be refunded.  All monies are non-refundable once the party has begun.

Saturdays at 11:00, 1:00, & 3:00
Sundays at 1:30 & 3:00

To Make Your Reservation

To make a reservation, please email reservations@visithandson.org. Payment is required to make your reservation. Party slots fill up quickly, so we suggest that reservations be made at least one month in advance.

Download and print as many as you need!

Postcard invitations – Templates are double-sided and include four invitations per page. We recommend printing them on card stock for mailing.
